Return Policy

Interactive Lighting Supply offers a 30-day return window for items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must include all original accessories, hardware, and packaging
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required before sending anything back
  • Non-returnable items include: 
    • Special-order and custom products
    • Clearance items
    • Opened electrical components
    • Cut-to-length or modified items

How to Initiate a Return

When requesting an RMA, include your order number, photos (if damaged), and the item(s) you wish to return. After receiving your RMA number:

  1. Package the unused, unopened product(s) in the original packaging
  2. Include the following inside the box:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Email
    • Phone number
  3. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box
  4. Ship returns to:

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method for the product price and applicable tax once the return is received and inspected
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error
  • Restocking fees may apply for non-defective returns
  • Returns that arrive damaged, opened, or missing components may be declined

Return Shipping Costs

Interactive Lighting Supply covers return shipping only when:

  • We shipped the wrong item
  • An item arrived damaged
  • An item is defective

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To cancel or modify an order, contact customer service via phone or email. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been packaged or shipped If the order has shipped, it may qualify as a standard return under the 30-day policy

  • Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number
  • Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery
  • Include all original packaging and accessories to avoid delays
  • Do not write on original product packaging — use the outer shipping carton
