Order Processing
- Most in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST begin processing the next business day.
- Special-order and back-order items may require additional time.
Shipping Methods
- We ship using:
- UPS
- FedEx
- USPS
- Freight carriers for palletized or oversized orders
- Real-time shipping rates are shown at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
- Ground shipping: 2–5 business days
- Freight deliveries: 2–7 business days
- Rural areas may take longer
Transit times do not include processing time.
Freight Deliveries
For commercial and large orders:
- A loading dock or forklift is required
- Lift gate service is available for an additional fee
- Inspect your pallet before signing the delivery receipt
- Note all visible damages on the carrier’s paperwork
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Report the issue within 48 hours
- Include photos of the box, packaging, and product
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
Incorrect Addresses / Delivery Issues
Re-delivery fees may apply if:
- The address is incorrect
- The package is undeliverable
- The carrier returns the order to us
